It has been a difficult time to stay on track and motivated and I guess we all go through times where outside influences affect us to some degree.  I am thinking it is really what we do in that situation to get back on track is the key to remember.

In being honest I must share that I am no longer getting up at a sparrows fart to exercise and meditate, I am just so tired that I am getting up at 6.30 to get organised for the day instead of my initial start of 5.30.  I have plugged myself back into listening to motivational stuff, and seem to be moving between real estate related material and positive affirmations and money attraction meditations.  I listen to these while I am getting ready, and in the car where ever I go.  I have also decided to enjoy listening to my favourite music when I want to as well, which I wasn’t doing before.

I have also started listening to my own inner voice and ideas and trying to stay open minded about opportunities and ideas that may create multiple income streams and being able to incorporate that with helping others too.  I have just created a website to help promote and sell my step fathers art (he is actually an incredibly talented artist), but doesn’t market his work especially successfully.  The great thing is, that I also know another couple of people that are also talented artists in their own right, that are unable to market their work either.  So I hope to be able to represent their work as well.  Check us out at www.qualityartforyou.com Would love to get any feedback or ideas.

Apart from that I am still gazing at my vision board, but really don’t feel I am doing the visualisation process justice.  I am really looking forward to being able to get back on board with my routine when the household has settled down somewhat.

I have been sticking to a routine in the mornings of 30 mins exercise on the windtrainer and listening to The Secret or other motivational material and then spending 5 to 10 minutes mediating about just being or gratitude and then spending a few minutes connecting with my vision board and then sorting out my list of actions for the day.  When I have my shower and get ready for work I am listening to positive affirmations and using the time to give thanks and to be grateful for what I already have.  In the car I am listening to industry related motivational and training speakers and whilst I am in the office at work, I have ear phones in my ears, again listening to those attitudes I want to surround myself with.  Guess what… I am loving it and definitely feel my subconscious mind is feeling and sounding different.  I am beginning to say things that I am learning and I don’t even realise that I have absorbed until it comes out of my mouth.

Things are beginning to happen for me at work as well and I have only had my license for a week.

I even woke up on Sunday morning and wanted to get up and have my morning ritual to inspire and kick-start my day for me.

I do feel so very grateful for the wonderful things I have in my life and try to give my gratitude affirmation when ever I remember and take a few moments to actually feel the gratitude and the feelings of what it is like to be where I will be.

It is happening!  I have faith and trust in the universe!

So my new goal (in the scheme to trying to ensure balance in all areas) is to blog at least 3 times a week and to give content that is entertaining and inspiring.

Feel better already at making a tweak and realising that although I think I am super woman.. really I am just trying to fit in a full on career, a special needs child, being a mother, partner, blogger and home renovator all in one and do that successfully I need to be able to change and adapt positively to having to re-balance and renegotiate the terms occasionally.

I won’t bore you with my complete life history, just the last year of it.  My partner found an amazing career opportunity in an industry he loves a year ago.  It required us moving to a small township called Oamaru, which is about 1 hour north of Dunedin towards the bottom of the South Island in New Zealand.  We decided to make the big move, organised the kids (the two older ones didn’t want to come down with us from Auckland) and the youngest (the one with Autism) joined us when we were set up and ready for her.  We bought a house I love and I started a job in a real estate office as the admin person.  It was clear from very early on that I was passionate about real estate, property and people.  It also became clear that I could not manage the required hours behind the desk with my daughters needs.  Becoming a sales consultant definitely seemed like a good way to go and I started sitting my required papers.

I should also point out that I grew up in a family real estate business, and I am incredibly grateful to have a wonderful partner that is supporting me during this process.

In September I stopped working in admin and became what I call a sales cadet, doing all the running around, learning as much as I could and being introduced to the bosses/mentor’s professional development cabinet.  What a score!!!!  She lent me some of Bob Proctors work.  I started listening to it all the time.  I  went to the library and got out several motivational books to read, including The Secret.  I had watched The Secret about 4 years earlier and believe it or not fell asleep during it.  I obviously was not ready to hear, understand and make change to succeed in my life.  I can’t believe I wasn’t ready.  Oh boy am I ready now!  I have been absorbing all the information like sponge.  I love it!

I want to share my actual plan, what I am doing everyday, every success and even the bits that question my faith in knowing where I am and where I am going and what I will achieve.  I do wish I had this motivation and understanding when I was twenty, but I guess 38 it is still young enough to have the energy and drive to undertake such a vision but also the strength and experience to be able to share and give back to others as well.

Ok, as this blog is meant to be about my journey moving forward, I will stop and tomorrow continue with ‘moving forward’ .

This is my starting point of change… with no return to former self… positive vibrations, love, abundance, joy, peace and so much more… here we come!

Off to work for the first time this week, and it feels so good to be here.  My business plan completed, meeting with the boss/mentor completed,  plan of attack and ready to go.  So much to do and so much to achieve… my time management is going to be exceptional and balance is going to be found.

As I haven’t quite received my license to officially sell real estate yet I have a little longer to wait, but what an amazing opportunity to be able to organise and set myself up for success!
